Claude Jones

Executive Recruiter, Management Consultant and Government Affairs

Mr. Jones is a native Texan and a U.S. Marine veteran. He attended The University of Texas Pharmacy School, Southern Illinois University – bachelor’s degree Healthcare Management, and the Naval War College – Masters in National Securities Studies.

He retired from federal service in June of 2013 as the Director of Real Estate for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific. He first started C. E. Jones Consulting that primarily focuses on helping companies manage, navigate and close real estate opportunities with the federal government. 

He has been a recruiter and career planner in the Marine Corps and now is using his skills and knowledge to focus on placing railroad executives in prominent positions within the rail industry. His diverse background and skills in management, operations, and recruiting personnel has drawn him to the team of Stahl Executive Recruiters as a Management Consultant. He provides day to day management and operations advice for the firm.

His military and civil service background has led him to becoming involved with a non-profit organization and political service.  As former Vice-chairman of Honor Flight Austin, Claude enjoyed taking WWII, Korean, & Vietnam Veterans to Washington D.C. to see their memorials.

He has one son married and living in Thousand Oaks, California.  He enjoys martial arts, teaching, swimming, scuba diving, and traveling the globe.
