Anabelle Cormier is the Fractional Director of Operations at Stahl Recruiting, bringing over 15 years of specialized experience to the rail recruitment industry. A recognized leader in both her field and her community, Anabelle was recently honored as the 2024 Pearland Business Person of the Year—a testament to her dedication to business excellence and local impact.

Her foundation in leadership began at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration. This academic background, combined with a decade-long tenure at Ford Motor Credit Co., helped refine the strategic thinking and talent acquisition skills that define her collaborative approach today. Throughout her career, she has built enduring relationships with railways, manufacturers, and industry suppliers, always viewing collaboration as the common thread of sustainable success.

Anabelle’s commitment to service extends deeply into her local community. She currently serves on the City of Pearland Library Board and is the Membership Committee Chair for the Texas Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (TSLRRA). Dedicated to public advocacy, she also serves as an Operation Lifesaver Authorized Volunteer, educating the community on rail safety. Previously, she served on the Board of Governors for the Transportation Club of Houston. Passionate about purpose-driven ventures, Anabelle continues to be a driving force for growth in both the rail sector and the community.
